Looking to deepen your yoga practice or become a teacher full time? Then it’s time to look into taking a 200 hours YTT. By taking our teacher training course, which is aligned with the standards of Yoga Alliance, we will be teaching you the deepest parts of yoga. You will be learning every little aspect of practicing yoga including its scientifically-proven benefits as well as the knowledge in its philosophy, anatomy, and physiology. By expanding your skills in yoga with our training, you will be able to understand the body further. This course will enable you to master the workout which in turn will help you effectively teach it to other yoga students and practitioners. Welcoming Lynne back to the teaching team! She’s our passionate yoga instructor dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. With a special interest in arm balances and inversions, she loves guiding students in exploring their strength, flexibility, and mental focus through these dynamic and empowering poses. Her teaching style is supportive, inclusive, and playful, creating a safe space for students to discover their full potential. She’s excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for yoga with you, and help you unlock your own strength, confidence, and inner peace. She’ll be teaching Monday Tuesday and Fridays at our raffles place studio! Come join her classes and have a fun time on the mat!
