It’s a 4 week program where you will be challenged to get fitter, stronger, healthier and take control of your health and fitness to reboot your health & fitness. You’ll be motivated, encouraged, supported while being challenged to work hard and have some fun doing it.

Dear Momentum Family,

As one incredible global community, you are invited to join us to show our support of Amanda Clement and her beautiful children, Jaxson and Harper in the wake of Ray's untimely passing.

On Valentine's Day, current and former Momentum trainers, clients and friends, are gathering together from across the globe to show our solidarity and support for the Clements'.

For most of us, Momentum Bootcamps is synonymous with connection, friendship, vitality and hope. Amanda has been the cornerstone of this community and helped to positively shape our Singapore experience in more ways than one.

At this uncertain and heartbreaking time for Amanda, we want to gather together to showcase our love, support and connection in return.

Join Amanda Wilson , Vanessa Quayle and Gemma Needham for a Momentum Signature workout that will finish with a guided meditation.

We will host two events to cover the worldwide Momentum family:

We ran MacRitchie today for Amanda, Jaxson & Harper in honour of Raymond who suddenly and tragically passed away 3 weeks ago. It looks calm but the mood was everything but. Today was SPEED.

Many friends and family have asked, "what can we do?" in the wake of this tragedy.
