As an F&B marketer, Peggy is constantly surrounded by food—tastings, new menu launches, and indulgent dishes are all part of her daily life. Being a true foodie at heart, resisting her favorite meals was never easy.

Being the leader he is, balancing business, family, religion and health isn’t easy, but for Ee Yang he show up consistently and never compromise even with a pack schedule.
He started PT with us in Nov 2024 with a simple goal: to strengthen lower body and boost muscle strength for his soccer matches and to catch up with his kids.

Coming from an martial arts background, Clara first joined us to maintain her strength and fitness.
After her first month of training with Amas, she decide to make adjustments to her nutrition, resulting in huge changes to her body composition.
Within the five months, she went on to lose 14.7kg and 6% body fat!
She’s also stronger than ever: from lifting an empty barbell to squatting 60kg, and pulling a 55kg hex deadlift with confidence 🔥
