Happiest Birthday to our older baby, BFT Kent Ridge who turns 4th on 4th June!

This week’s training continues to build momentum across strength, conditioning and overall fitness. Members can expect a balanced mix of sessions designed to improve work capacity, develop strength, enhance aerobic fitness and challenge their ability to maintain quality movement under fatigue.
As the progressions continue to build, the focus remains on consistency, effort and smart pacing. Whether you’re lifting, running or working as part of a team, each session presents an opportunity to build confidence and make meaningful progress.

If you’ve been to our 7:40pm classes, chances are you’ve seen Sinaiya pushing through every workout with a smile on his face.
After a long day at work, BFT has become his reset button, a chance to switch off, focus on himself, and be part of a community that’s always cheering each other on.
What stands out most about Sinaiya isn’t just how hard he works, but the attitude he brings into every class. His advice is simple: don’t aim for perfection, just aim to show up.

Week 2 - Build Your Momentum
Challengers, Week 1 is down! Starting is always the hardest part and you have nailed it!
Sessions check in, how many sessions have you clocked for the week? Staying consistent and discipline is the key to success.
This week is all about building consistency, control and confidence across all training styles. Members can expect a balanced mix of aerobic conditioning, strength development and high-intensity efforts designed to improve overall performance while reinforcing good movement quality and pacing. As the block progresses, sessions begin to slightly increase in challenge through longer work periods, reduced recovery and greater muscular demand.
The focus remains on training with intention, staying consistent under fatigue and building a strong foundation for bigger performances later in the block.
