âValue over volumeâ isnât just a business decision.
It changes the way we get to practice.
It means we can ask better questions, dig deeper, reassess, explain what weâre seeing, and actually coach someone through the process instead of trying to move them through the clinic as quickly as possible.
That matters.
Because good rehab is rarely just about finding one painful spot and giving someone three exercises.
Itâs understanding the person in front of us.
What they do.
What theyâve stopped doing.
What they want to get back to.
What has already failed.
What their body is capable of right now.
And what needs to change next.
There are excellent clinicians working inside the insurance model. Weâve worked alongside plenty of them.
The problem is that reimbursement often creates tradeoffs: less time, more volume, or both.
We decided we didnât want those tradeoffs dictating the way we practiced.
So we built Tribe around something different:
More time with fewer people.
One-on-one care.
Better conversations.
Better problem solving.
And a much higher standard for what someone should expect from rehab.
Thatâs what value over volume means to us.
