Targets:
• Chest (Pectorals)
• Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids)
• Triceps

Form Tips:
✅ Keep your feet planted firmly on the floor
✅ Maintain a slight arch in your lower back
✅ Keep your shoulders down and back against the bench
✅ Lower the weight with control
✅ Press the weight up without locking out your elbows
❌ Avoid bouncing the weight off your chest

Focus on quality reps, controlled movement, and a strong squeeze at the top. 💯
