Underdog is a cardiovascular endurance workout that will challenge both the top dogs and the underdogs. π
In this workout there will be 2 erg stations focusing on max meters which you can track on the Challenge App! Aim to test your cardiovascular endurance by performing a 90 second row and ski erg. Record meters achieved by the end of the work interval. (This does not include the meters that roll on after the buzzer)
This workout also includes a chest overload, where youβll be completing 5-10 push ups after completing each set. Aim for a total of 100 reps to achieve your pectoral overload. Try alternate between wide, regular and staggered hand placement between push up sets to activate different parts of chest and muscle group

Friendly reminder, late-cancel and no-show fees are strictly enforced on weekends. If you double waitlist, please make sure to remove yourself as soon as you secure a spot. Switching timeslot is also not permitted on the weekend. If you are booked for the 7:15 class, please come at 7:15. Following these rules ensures everyone has a fair chance at attending a class. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hi Team! Introducing Coach Tyler! π£
Originally from Riverside County, Coach Tyler rocked the sports scene throughout high school and college, shining in Division 1 football at Stephen F Austin University and later at Chadron State in Nebraska for football and ran track and field at the Division 2 level ππ. After college, Coach Tyler moved to Seattle to start his personal training career and coached at F45 Northgate for the past 8 months ποΈββοΈ.
When he's not coaching, youβll find Coach Tyler diving into books, finding Zen in meditation, strolling outdoors, and even whipping up stylish clothes π.
His favorite workouts are sprinting and plyometricsπββοΈπ₯.
Coach Tyler is excited about supporting individuals on their fitness journeys and propel them toward their health and fitness goals. He's equally thrilled about sharing his knowledge with all the new faces he'll meet π.

Today, we said farewell to Coach Olivia, , as she embarks on her journey to pursue a career as a professional soccer player... in SWEDEN! Soccer is her passion, and we are over the moon for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her. Over the past month, we have had the privilege of witnessing her remarkable growth. Meet Coach Luis! π£
Coach Luis is a certified personal trainer with a kinesiology degree. He has experience coaching clients one-on-one, as well as athletic performance coach with intercollegiate athletes and high school athletes.
Coach Luis's hobbies reflect his active lifestyle. Whether he's hitting the gym, conquering boulder climbing challenges indoors and outdoors, or exploring his culinary skills in the kitchen, he embodies a passion for fitness and adventure.
His favorite workout is leg day and his favorite move is the squat!
Coach Luis is excited about building a strong community at F45 Alhambra and helping members improve their health and well-being.
Coach Luis has been honing his demonstration skills during practice sessions. He has also been taking the time to coach individuals on how to work the correct muscles during each exercise, while also being an excellent cheerleader.π

Coach Danny has been training since 2018 in various gyms both one-on-one and in group settings!
His favorite hobby is traveling and trying foods from all over the world.
His favorite move at the gym? The one-armed kneeling cable row! This exercise works your back, shoulders and biceps and is a great way to improve your posture!
Coach Danny is most excited about meeting everyone at the gym, take members through incredible sessions and get them on track towards their goals!
But there is more! Coach Danny also DJ on the side! So get ready as he take our Saturday sessions to the next level by spinning the latest hits on the turntables. Letβs get this party started! π₯

In her free time, Coach Olivia loves to play soccer, read, and go on hikes.
Her favorite gym move is the dumbbell sn**ch, which is a great way to build strength and power.
Coach Olivia is most excited about getting to meet so many enthusiastic and motivated people, and to be able to empower each other through exercise.
In the past few practice runs, we have seen Coach Olivia really put in the time and effort to ensure people are getting their moves correctly. We are really excited about having her on the team!
