Workshop to introduce the importance of your foot health to your general well being and how it can impact other imbalances throughout the body.

Free for all OPHT Members

Enjoy an hour of guided mobility to enhance movement capacities and recovery.

No additional fees - counts as regular class

Back to our Basics!!! Kettlebells have always been a big part of OPHT!!! Come and learn how to use them properly, have fun with them and get an incredible athletic workout at the same time!

It will be a consistent addition to our Saturday schedule going forward.

We look forward to seeing you at all these different classes!

Why do we warm up differently at OPHT?

Hybrid Cycle Update 💪

Last week, our members completed 10RM testing, and this week we’re following it up with 5RM testing as part of our current Hybrid training cycle.

These assessments aren’t competitions—they’re checkpoints. They help us understand where each athlete is today, establish meaningful training targets, and ensure our programming is driving measurable progress.

We’ll continue building throughout the summer and retest in the fall to see how far that consistent effort has taken us.
