🥈FINALIST🥈Coach Chrissy Kilgore and her Georgia Impact Kilgore 10u team also started the season off by making a championship game!! The growth this team is showing is nothing short of incredible!! These coaches have a "Team First" approach to the game and it shows!! Excellent job by all coaches and players on being a FINALIST in the USFA Georgia Deep South Diamond Duel.

We are a SCRAPPY and RESILIENT group!! 🔥

Leaders are finding their voices. Pitchers are displaying their confidence. And every one of them is learning how to channel the emotions of the game and use them to their advantage.

All of this was on display tonight.

They battled back down 3 runs in the semi final, having just left 3 runners stranded the inning prior. The bottom half of the lineup put in work and got the winning run home, to walk it off to the championship!

Then, they looked right down the barrel of a battle against, the #1 seed, a very talented Velocity 2016 team, and they never flinched. They competed. They believed. They fought until the last out!

We fell just short, 2–1, in an awesome pitching duel.

And while the scoreboard didn’t go our way tonight, what we saw on that field has us proud and excited about the year ahead for these young ladies! ❤️🖤

🏅NEW PREMIER TEAM/TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS ANNOUNCEMENT🏅 We would like to welcome Coach Lisa Grigg and her team to the PREMIER program at Georgia Impact. Coach Lisa will be representing our 2nd year 14u premier team. This team decided to on their very first tournament after battling thru the rain, wind, and lightning, they came out as CHAMPIONS at the USSSA Mustangs Elite Qualifier. Big things are in store for this team.

🏅CHAMPIONS🏅 Florida Impact Premier Ferrara also starts the season off with a BANG!!! Coach Matt Ferrara and his 14u girls stepped up and played in the 18u division at the USSSA Sprowls Drip tournament and finished 7-0 as CHAMPIONS! Another great start for one of our Premier teams!!

🔴CHAMPIONS⚫️ Carolina Impact Triad Coach Kit Journell and her 12u team went to the Perfect Game Win the Moment tournament, played up in 14u, and came home as UNDEFEATED CHAMPIONS!!!!

Our 12U team won another 14U gold bracket championship today! We went undefeated--three wins and one tie--and all four games were tight! Everyone played hard and contributed to a great day on the field!
