Georgia Impact Premier is proud to introduce the leadership team for our 16U Premier program. Head Coach Rob Bratton will be joined by Assistant Coaches Mark Greene, Brandon White, and Bryan Jones. Supporting the program as General Managers are Chris Heath and Dickey Vallery. Together, this experienced leadership team is committed to building a championship-caliber culture while developing athletes to compete at the highest levels of travel fastpitch and preparing them for success at the collegiate level.

This staff is dedicated to developing complete student-athletes through high-level instruction, advanced game knowledge, and a championship mindset. Their focus extends far beyond wins and losses—they are committed to helping players maximize their potential, gain valuable exposure, and pursue opportunities to play college softball. Every athlete will be challenged to grow both on and off the field through accountability, discipline, and intentional player development.

Building upon an already elite and accomplished coaching staff, we are proud to welcome Dickey Vallery and Marc Brzozoski to our Georgia Impact 18U Premier program. Their extensive experience, proven leadership, and passion for developing high-level athletes further strengthen a coaching staff dedicated to preparing our players for success at the collegiate level and beyond.

Their championship mindset, extensive knowledge of the game, and proven ability to develop elite talent will further strengthen a program dedicated to excellence both on and off the field.

Our mission remains the same: to prepare every college-bound athlete to compete at the highest level and arrive on campus ready to make an immediate impact as a freshman.

Final Day of Owl City going 2-1 and taking home 2nd place with 5w - 2L’s on the weekend. Incredible showing from this team this weekend. We saw college exposure and great competition all weekend. .light01 did a great job with this event! Ladies….your success is what we’re chasing.

🟥⬛️Owl City Showcase Top 30 Elite FINALIST🥈⬛️🟥Coach Jason McBay and his Georgia Impact Premier ‘10 - McBay 16u team stepped up and played 18u at the Top Flight Tournaments Owl City Showcase and finished just short of bringing home the 🏆. 🟥⚫️Georgia Impact Premier Crenshaw - Burrell🥈🥈⚫️🟥Triple Crown Fastpitch Patriot Games P5 16u FINALIST!!!!! Coach Dean Burrell and his 16u premier team traveled to Colorado for one of the biggest tournaments of the year and did not disappoint! They fought their way to the Championship game and came up just short from bringing home the 🏆. That's how you show up and Huge congrats to Coach Dean and his teams/families on such a big accomplishment! We cant wait to see what the future holds for this powerhouse of a team! Your 2026 P5 Patriot games Runner-Up!!

Congratulations the P5 Champs Texas Bombers Gold 16U Serie! And thank you for a fantastic experience!

After competing in the P5 “Wildcard” Division as a 1st year 16U team in 2025, we were honored to be included in the P5 “Patriot” Division this year with some of the most elite teams in the country!

The experience of playing on Triple Crown’s Red Rocks field with announcers, a jumbotron and a multi-camera broadcast team was an experience our girls will never forget - it’s a special place!!🔴⚫️

We now rest up for a couple of days before we start the Sparkler Power Pool tournament here in Colorado!!

A huge thank you to all the coaches that took the time to watch our games!!
