Two of our P.J. Boatwright interns โ€“ Wesley Hoogendyk (Communications) and Sydney Newman (Rules & Competitions) - made the trip toย ย Golf House in New Jersey this week for theย  summit! โ›ณ๏ธ
ย
They were able to meet and network with other Boatwright interns from across the country, learn more about the USGA, golf administration and much more!
ย
Be sure to say hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ if you see them or our other Boatwright interns on the course this summer! And thanks to the USGA for hosting this great experience for Boatwright interns from Allied Golf Associations across the country!

Good luck to Craig Long and William Long of Alpharetta as they compete in the semifinals of the 11th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball this morning at Desert Mountain Club in Arizona!

They will take on Jonathan Bale and Tomi Bowen of Wales starting at 10 a.m. ET after defeating Jacob Beckman and Charlie Erlandson 3-and-2 in the quarterfinals thanks to five birdies in seven holes on the back nine!

The brothers made it into the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball field as alternates and will aim to join Morgan Ellison of Peachtree City as USGA Four-Ball champions this year. They could also become the first Georgians to win the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball.
