Again, we can't thank our wonderful community enough for all the support!!!

Because of our amazing community members, we were able to recover all of our audio equipment! and thanks to your generous donations, not only were we able to purchase a new (to us) wireless mic, but we added nearly $1700 to our JEDI scholarship fund!

Did you know that 3-4 times a year, we take the entire studio apart, check every swivel, rope, carabiner, apparatus, and things you didn't even know you need to do aerials safely, and put it all back together again! It's a long day, but it is always fun when your team is this awesome!

Theft update:
I wanted to offer a huge thanks to our whole community - for your empathetic words, for your donations to our fundraiser for our insurance deductible, for your sharp eyes and vigilance helping us find our stuff in nearby pawn shops. We got some great news today -- an APD detective followed up with me, and it is looking very much like we'll be able to get our pawned Fender Passport back, and we can possibly recover the rest of our stolen equipment.

Also, we heard back from our insurance company, and our payout should be coming next week (thanks, Liberty Mutual!). In case we don't recover our stolen items from pawn shops, we should have enough funds to purchase used sound equipment from Rock n Roll Rentals and replace our rigging equipment and be ready for our September LOR show rental and our October student showcase and pro show.

Thank you all for making a stressful and terrible thing feel much less hard. The community love and support we have seen from so many sides has been heartwarming and has filled me with so much gratitude for the amazing folks we surround ourselves with. Thank you thank you thank you.
