What does our fall training look like? Well, it’s a lot of this. Good strokes in the pairs. No better way to figure out the connection, flow, and rhythm of what we’re trying to do. First session back on the water for a few eights this morning, and it was a definite success. We’ve spent these first few weeks building some base fitness and taking care of all the introductory meetings, so it was good to get out and take some solid strokes.
