Back2Back is growing, and we’re looking to add another CrossFit Coach to our team!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, brings energy to the floor, communicates well, and can confidently coach athletes of all levels.
Most importantly, we want someone who is willing to learn, grow, and uphold the coaching standard at Back2Back.

Starting pay: $40/class with higher pay available based on experience and coaching ability. Membership to both Back2Back + Riise is included.
