Living with rheumatoid arthritis has taught me that people don’t always know the reason behind the way you move, feel, or respond. Never judge someone when you don’t know their story or what they are silently going through.

Just because you have been through difficult things in life doesn’t mean you have to let your past haunt you. Stop trying to prove yourself to everyone. Allow your fruit to speak for you and make room for you!
