Bloomington Country Club

A great day was had representing Bloomington Country Club at the Pro-Lady Invitational at Ulen CC earlier in the week.⛳️

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the member experience, the House Committee in partnership with the Board of Governors have updated a few Club policies based on the valuable feedback we received in last fall's member survey. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to share your thoughts.

Dress Code
We've updated our Causal Dress Code and have attached easy-to-follow visual guides for the respective areas of the Club. The visuals will also be posted around the club. These visuals are intended to make expectations clearer and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Children's Policy
We've also updated our Children's Policy to better reflect member feedback and provide clear expectations for families enjoying the Club. Please take a few moments to review the revised policy.

Men's Lounge Adult Dining
Beginning immediately, the Men's Lounge will be open daily at 5:00 p.m. for adult dining service. If you plan to sit in the Men's Lounge, please let a staff member in the Pub know so they can ensure you receive prompt service.

As these updates take effect, our staff have been asked to consistently enforce the policies. We appreciate everyone's cooperation and understanding. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you at the Club!

Casual Dress Code Current Language:

Casual—Casual dress may include t-shirts which are tasteful, blue jeans must be neat and tasteful, Bermuda-style shorts, and tennis shoes or sandals.

Modified New Language:

Casual attire may include t-shirts and other clothing that are neat, clean, and in good condition. Clothing may not contain profanity, or other content deemed offensive or inappropriate by Club management. Blue jeans and other clothing must be clean, presentable, and reflective of Club standards.

Members are expected to wear attire appropriate for the activity in which they are participating and consistent with the overall standards and atmosphere of the Club.

Children Current Language:

Members are responsible for the charges and the conduct of their children and their children’s guests while they are on the Club property. Children under the age of 21 are not permitted in the Men’s Lounge.

New Language:

Children and Junior Golf Policy Members are responsible for the conduct and charges of their children and their children's guests while on Club property. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted in the Lounge.

Children are permitted on the golf course, practice facilities, and practice greens and pickleball/tennis courts when actively participating in golf or pickleball/tennis activities or accompanying an adult member, provided they do not interfere with play or practice activities.

Members are responsible for ensuring their children understand and follow Club rules, etiquette, and dress code requirements. Staff will address unsafe or disruptive behavior and dress code violations
