Meet our newest Beginner Course grad, 💪

Coming from a baseball background, Milan already knew what it meant to train hard, but now he’s stepping into something new… all in an effort to keep up with his girlfriend 😉

Over the past few weeks, he’s learned the movements, built a solid foundation, and brought that athlete mindset into every session. Turns out, CrossFit is a whole different ball game, and he’s rising to the challenge.

We’re pumped to have him in the CrossFit Bloomington crew and can’t wait to see him keep leveling up!!

These two athletes, and .sans10 put down the fastest male and female times from our gym at the Spartan DEKA Strong Roadshow, and their hard work paid off. Incredible performances and an awesome display of grit, determination, and consistency at our.

A huge thank you to Fresh Fork Meals for providing the winner prizes and helping athletes refuel daily!

The energy in the gym all day was amazing — athletes pushing themselves and supporting each other.

Today we’re celebrating Ann 🎉
73 years young, 15 years of CrossFit (Jan 18, 2011 was her first WOD), and still showing up to the 7am class every single day.

When asked why she keeps coming back, Ann says:

“What keeps me coming back? I love my community of sweaty athletes! Even though we come in all shapes and sizes and abilities, we share a mutual goal of getting fit and maintaining that fitness. I feel supported and encouraged by the coaches every single day. Having experienced three buildings, 3 owners, many coaches and many athletes, I can truly say CFB is better than ever for me. I intend to keep coming back as long as possible. I was scared back then! No longer. Now I keep coming to stay fit, flexible, and functional. Thanks for being my community of like-minded athletes.”

And “athlete” she is… Ann grew up before Title IX, at a time when girls weren’t given the opportunity to play sports in school. CrossFit became her first true experience with exercise, and the first time she was able to proudly call herself an athlete! 🥹💪🏼

Ann, you are the definition of lifelong fitness and consistency.
We are so grateful for you, and you’re the best role model for our fit fam! Happy Birthday! 💙🎂

We’re conscious that not everyone celebrates Thanksgiving, but we celebrate this community today and EVERY DAY!
Our classes were packed this week with both members and visitors, and the energy was unreal.
We’re also grateful to the Indigenous people who came before us and whose land we are privileged to move, lift, and gather on.
