The Windward Track and Field Speed Endurance Clinic is designed as a comprehensive training clinic program with a focus on running fundamentals including drills, pacing, strength endurance, speed, and core strengthening as well as the mental edge training necessary for top athletic performances. Athletes will be working USA Track and Field certified coaches with safe sport certifications. We work with middle & high school T&F and Cross Country athletes of all abilities, to help you get better and have fun!
Please make sure your athlete has a nut free snack
Camping chair water bottle and sunscreen.

Session starts August 11-15

Windward Cross Country Prep Clinic is designed to help you get ready for the demands of
cross country running. With discussions and demonstrations to help you understand the in
and out of cross country. Some topic discussed are Race Tactics, Running Form, Efficiency,
Sport Nutrition and Strength Training. In these discussions you will get insights which will
give a competitive edge in your cross country season. August 12-17 from 1pm -3pm
meeting at Swampscott Track Upper Jackson Field Swampscott
