I rarely ever endorse products until I either try them and learn about them. .performance got this Shoulder Brace that is insanely worth it. I have been using it now for a few months and my Shoulder/Chest workouts have been great. It is super comfortable and wraps around my shoulder perfectly. You don't have to take my word for it but I do recommend you try it if you are experiencing pain or minor tweaks. As always ✌️ & ❤️.

The Human body is complex and no one knows it better than you. Your limitations and your restrictions to certain movements play a great role in overall development. Exercises are supposed to benefit you and allow you to move comfortably and adequately (on most movements). ChatGPT can be a great tool for programming someone who is a beginner and just needs some guidance. However, on certain exercises someone might need more information, visualization and understanding. Hence why a personal Trainer Extraordinaire/coach is always a good choice. As always ✌️ & ❤️.

Men over 40 need to start getting a serious GRIP on their health and wellness. To be this optimal at 45 years old is a blessing and a privilege I carry with great pride. When all systems are working properly and firing 🔥, the result is unbelievable. Testosterone levels are high. Libido is always popping (lol) and my overall health is my ultimate wealth. My blood work every month shows big changes and puts me on the right path. Attention MEN: its time you start and its super important you start now. Why don't you want to be in peak condition for your spouse and kids. Answer that question logically. As always ✌️ & ❤️.

This happens to be a great FINISHER for either chest or triceps. An elevated Bear 🐻 Crawl Deficit Push-up. Definitely allows for a greater stretch at the bottom of the motion while allowing for a full contraction at the top. Anyone try these? Save & Share.

Hormones. Testosterone. Social anxiety. These are all real and relevant issues that definitely need to be addressed. If we can only understand what it is our kids are feeling than we would have a better scope of what to do. In the interim, all we can do is talk to them and develop methods to communicate appropriately and effectively. But I know one thing for sure: make the time. Let them feel your presence as a whole without interruptions or distractions. Kids are vulnerable when pressured so create a safe haven for them to be real and transparent with you. After all they are the FUTURE. As always ✌️ and ❤️.

Have you ever truly spoken to your child without any interruptions? Without any other devices? Without any outside noises? They are all going thru something and if you think everything is fine and dandy than you are in denial. Kids have emotions and feelings. Sensitivity 😢 🥺and confusion. The world 🌎 is way different today and we need to adapt and evolve to be better parents 🙏 for them. Invest in TIME with your kids to understand feelings deep down inside. Money and sweeping things under the rug are not the cure. As always ✌️ and ❤️.

Attention all MEN: do better and be better. Stop neglecting your health. Your physical appearance. Your image and your first impression should never be compromised. Sweep your lady/partner off her feet daily. Your only prized possession should be her and not your belongings. Communication is key but so is chemistry in every aspect. As always ✌️ and love ❤️.

In addition - always make sure to validate her feelings and be more vocal. It’s ok to be sensitive and emotional. Trust me it will only harden and sharpen your image.

Belt Squats done a little different and yet still effective. Sometimes I enjoy this variety more than the traditional BELT tugging at my sides/hips usually always bruising me. I like to go heavy so you can imagine the feeling of that belt ripping your skin LOL. The setup on this is fairly easy and convenient. The weights allow for a greater deficit which in return allows for a deeper ROM and that stretch everyone always talks about. Don't be afraid to try these especially if you have back or knee issues, as I find this a bit less invasive on the joints. Get to work 💪🏽!
