With the end of summer into fall, PSO is coming right up!

We usually head down to PSO Boston in November (weekend before Thanksgiving) to expand our greater pole community and check out PSO! If you want to join the party with us, we rent a place out and have a weekend getaway together!

Check out posters in the studio and let us know even if you’re a “maybe” and thinking that sounds fun.

We haven’t heard of anyone performing in it this time from our studio, but remember we always offer tips for pole competitions and advise lessons with our teachers (a couple of whom have won PSO medals in the past!)

September schedule is up!!!

How it’s the end of summer already, we don’t know! Take note of some awesome series in September, including the rebrand of our Intro to Heels class into Heels Technique Lab!! 👠

Whether you’re brand new to dancing in heels or have been wearing them for years, this 4-week series is designed to help you build, strengthen, and refine your heels technique at your own level. It’s a dedicated space to slow down, focus on the details, and develop skills that will make your movement feel stronger, safer, and more intentional.

Throughout the series, we’ll explore foot and ankle care, pre-hab, heel anatomy, shoe selection, and heels as an apparatus, with a focus on finding the shoes and techniques that best support your individual needs and goals. We’ll spend plenty of time on walking in heels, an essential foundation that influences nearly every aspect of heels movement.

Progressive pole movement will be tailored to each student, from building foundational skills to revisiting familiar movements with smoother technique, greater artistry, and more intentional choices. Depending on the group, we may also explore floorwork in heels, transitions, and ankle-focused movement.

Whether you’re taking your first steps in heels or looking to elevate a technique you’ve been practicing for years, this series gives you dedicated time and space to work on the details, build confidence, and deepen your relationship with heels movement.

Consistency is key! Attendance in all four weeks is encouraged to get the most out of the progressive structure of the series.

Love performing? Haven’t yet performed but want to? Want to construct a piece showcasing pole skills and share it with your peers? Have you considered PSO?

PSO is the Pole Sport Organization and every year we at RevolVT try to get down to Boston for it! This year it’s November 21-22.

Come with us to watch or work with us to create a piece! Teachers can help you put together something with their experience and expertise (we have PSO medal winners on staff!)
Then you can list us as your home studio and submit a work of art to perform! Submissions for PSO close 9/21
