INTRODUCING COACH ANTHONY 🔥

With about five years of experience in the fitness industry, Anthony brings a strong athletic background and a passion for helping others reach their goals.

Growing up playing basketball sparked his love for athletics and fitness. Since then, he has competed in bodybuilding shows and powerlifting competitions while working with individuals of all fitness levels and goals.

Anthony has experience working with volleyball and basketball athletes and has spent two years coaching basketball. He enjoys the teaching aspect of training, helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and maximize their potential over time.

For Anthony, fitness is more than just a workout. It’s a lifestyle. When he’s not working out or helping clients achieve their goals, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two pets.

We’re excited to have Anthony as part of the ELITE Pro Lab team!

For the month of November, ELITE Pro Lab is offering team training sessions for $200 per session on Saturdays and Sundays!

Training will focus on:
