MURPH. THIS SATURDAY.

Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy didn't call his workout "Murph." He called it "Body Armor." He did it regularly β€” sometimes in full kit β€” because he believed in being ready. Being strong. Being capable of protecting the people beside him.

On June 28, 2005 in Afghanistan β€” he exposed himself to enemy fire to make a satellite call to save his team. He gave everything.

This Saturday we honor him the only way we know how. We do the work.
