Give gym people a shopping basket and somehow it turns into another set. Olympia errands hit different. Who in your crew would do this?

The first few reps tell you a lot. Here is Trevor pellerin trying the new Bolt Fitness Supply pullover on the Mr. Olympia LLC floor. Which machine do you always test first?

Andrew with Bolt Fitness Supply walks us through the new pullover and its weight stack. The number got our attention. The hands-on test came next.

Not your typical supplement format.
Trevor stopped by Dissolvd Strips at the Olympia Expo to check out their oral strips and see how they’re approaching supplements a little differently.
Bubba walked us through the product, how it is used, and what makes the strip format stand out.
Definitely one of the more interesting products we came across on the floor.

A year in development before it ever made it into someone’s hands.
At Olympia, we got to talk with the team at Streignth about what went into building their formula and how much time was spent getting it right before bringing it to market.
That kind of work is easy to miss when you only see the finished product on the shelf.
Getting to hear the story behind the formula directly from the people who built it was one of the conversations we came to Olympia for.

The unofficial job title is official. Every crew needs a solid hype guy! Tag the hype person in your crew.

Ronnie Coleman. Bodybuilding royalty. The throne, the crowd, and a legend making his way through Olympia. One of those moments you stop everything to take in.

09/30/2026

We came to Olympia to put our hands on what is next. Better questions. Better connections. More to bring back to Psycho Iron. What do you want to see in the gym?

She showed up. Again. From preparation to the working set, keep showing up for yourself!
