🎃🏃 What a great day to run, connect and strengthen our community!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Jack O’ Lantern Jog 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run this past Saturday, and to the incredible volunteers and staff who helped make the event possible. We loved seeing runners of all ages hit the course and share in the fun!

Even better, every step supported LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, helping the Y provide support for people affected by cancer as they work toward improved health and well-being.

Wyoming Dementia Care in partnership with Mountain Plaza Assisted Living & Memory Care is offering FREE memory screenings this November! These screenings are a simple way to check in on your memory and learn more about your cognitive health.

Whether you’ve noticed changes in your own memory or have concerns about someone you love, we’re here to help. Early conversations about memory changes can open the door to information, resources, and support.

Wyoming Dementia Care is partnering with the Y to offer FREE Memory Screenings on Nov 7 from 9–11am at the Y.

A memory screening can be a helpful first step for anyone who has questions or concerns about changes in memory, for themselves or someone they care about.

Youth ages 8–13 are invited to compete in the Elks Hoop Shoot Free Throw Contest at the YMCA of Natrona County on November 7! Registration begins at 9:30am, with competition starting at 10:00am.

And the local contest could be just the beginning! 🌟 Winners can advance from Local → District → State → Regional competition. Regional champions earn an all-expense-paid trip to Chicago for the National Championships!

Hosted by Casper Elks Lodge #1353. Come compete, build confidence and see how far your shot can take you!
