Okay some quick add ons before people think I’m saying “just go drink and smoke!” 😅😅
It’s the idea that people can seem to be doing “unhealthy” things but can go on to live long healthy lives. But that can only happen if they are truly at peace WITHIN. So if they are drinking or smoking to calm anxiety, or to fit in, or to escape their reality, or to mask another issue… that isn’t what I’m talking about. Hopefully that makes sense.
On the other side… you may be feeling like you’re doing “everything right”- you’ve got your 10 supplements, and your detox drink, and you sauna, and you workout, and you eat well, and you do your blood tests- you get the picture… and feel like you never really are symptom free.
I think if there’s conflict internally, you are never doing to “out do” that. Are you living the way you want to live? Are you truly content with your life? Are you living in fear and anxiety? Are you always waiting for the other shoe to drop? Do you always think people don’t like you? Are you always scanning the environment to pick up on cues to fit in? Are you always trying to be one step ahead so you never “mess up”? Are you always feeling not good enough? Do you doubt your self?
If you’re curious… I just made a list that easily popped into my head of what I do… all the freaking time. Every day. And when you stop and think about that- it’s kinda crazy. Like no wonder your body is crashing out.
So if you’re like me and can connect to this (maybe not exactly but in some way/your own way)… I would truly start working on THAT first before you keep “chasing” the next thing to “fix you”. Just the idea that “you need fixed” is conflict by the way.
Okay- whew- if you’ve made it this far congrats… BUT also I’m sorry… because that means you probably connected with this and are dealing these things. Start internally. Who are you, really? 💗
