Discipline and practice are key to finding peace; leading a life that we choose (our life purpose, our dharma) and it is just as important in physical action, as it is in the activity of the mind.
The world has moved online and there are so many options available. Instead of being overwhelmed, consciously choose the activities that you can fit in your day, including some form of exercise, movement, yoga, meditation that work on all 3 realms – physical, mental and spiritual.
