Tips for staying hydrated in the summer time 💦
🔹The recommended amount of water for consumption is 2 liters a day and 2 1/2 liters if you are spending time outside
🔹Don’t wait to drink water until you are thirsty, sip water throughout the day
🔹know the signs of dehydration: dry itchy skin, nausea, low energy, dry mouth, dizziness
Remember if it’s hot outside, it’s also hot in the gym so be prepared, drink water beforehand so you can feel your best during your workout💪💦
