It’s a deload week, so I wanted to just try something.
This looked like such a great demonstration of strength, control and anatomy that I had to!
6/10 reenactment rating. Definitely hopeful for the future once I’ve done this a couple times.

You’re going to learn how to perform a bunch of exercises that help develop those lifts as well as accessory exercises. We used to keep the body healthy when handling heavy weight.

Here Cody is demonstrating what we mean when we ask clients to brace during their lift.
It is a way of stiffening the midsection so you can transfer force into the bar more effectively.

Here’s a few tips for getting set up in order to perform a good bench press.
Remember developing a good bench press is gonna take a lot of repetition and practice.
