Concept of our new bathrooms to come! The bathroom project will begin on Wednesday April 29th. We will tackle the men’s bathroom first, aiming to complete by Friday May 1st. From there we’ll assess, but likely move on to the women’s on Wednesday May 6th and finish Saturday May 9th. We are doing our best to minimize downtime. For the men, while that bathroom is being worked on please utilize the family bathroom in the lobby, if you have full access please help us out and use that sides bathroom. We are always trying to do our best to improve and provide the best member experience we can 🙏 We never have and never will charge annual fees, you pay dues and we improve. The biggest gym in the Queen City is about to host the best bathroom selfies 🤣😎 Oh, new equipment coming in May as well 🥵

Members, it is with deep deep sadness that our sweet pup Oreo has gone to doggy heaven 🐾😓 This was, of course, not expected and is very difficult to see her go too soon. Please join us and send your love and prayers to Eileen during this time 🙏
Eileen rescued Oreo (as she has with all her dogs) and gave her such an amazing life. Oreo was loved immensely and got to hang out at the gym most days. She got treats and pats from so many loving members, and some were even lucky enough to be sat upon. May you rest in peace sweet Oreo ❤️
