Instructor Spotlight: Meet Lilly!
Lilly has been a beloved part of our gym family for almost 9 years, and we are so excited to have her as our newest bike instructor!
As a mom of 3 boys, Lilly knows how important it is to find time for yourself, build strength, and stay motivated. For her, cycling became more than just a workout; it became a place to challenge herself, clear her mind, and grow stronger with every ride.
“What inspired me to become an instructor was the feeling of accomplishment that cycling gave me. I wanted to help others experience that same strength, confidence, and energy.”
Lilly’s classes are full of hard music, positive energy, and challenges that will leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in. Whether you are new to cycling or a regular rider, she cannot wait to ride alongside you and help you push past what you thought possible!
