Mobility, stability, strength, and movement control all play a role in how we perform and how well our bodies tolerate the demands of CrossFit. Understanding how these pieces work together can help us train with intention, build resilience, and reduce injury risk.

Join us for a practical workshop on hip and back health, where we’ll connect the science of movement to what actually happens in the gym. Learn what to pay attention to, how to approach aches and pains, and how to recognize when it’s time to adjust your training or seek professional care.

Led by Physical Therapists Dr. Marcus Pearson and Dr. Danielle Kras, combining clinical expertise with firsthand CrossFit experience at the intersection of rehab and performance.

❤️ THANK YOU, CLARKSVILLE! ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out to support Oktoberfest 2026 and the 2nd Annual Reps for R3covery in support of Project R3con!

There is something truly special about seeing a community come together for a cause that matters. We are always grateful when our own members show up, but seeing our friends and neighbors from other gyms across Clarksville come together alongside us makes it even more meaningful. This is what community is all about.

The invisible wounds of war affect far more people than we often realize. Traumatic brain injuries impact our service members, our veterans, their families, and the people who love them. These battles don’t end when someone comes home. They ripple through families, friendships, and entire communities.

Because of YOU, the money raised this weekend will help someone move off the waiting list and receive critical, life-changing treatment. That’s more than a fundraiser. That’s healing. That’s a chance for someone to get the care they deserve and for a family to begin finding its way forward.

This mission is bigger than any one gym, any one event, or any one of us. When we come together to support those who have sacrificed so much, we remind them that they are not forgotten, they are not alone, and their fight is our fight, too.

If we can heal our operators, we can heal our families. And if we can heal our families, we can heal our communities.

Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, opening your hearts, and standing behind this mission. We are incredibly proud to be part of a community that cares this much.

Of course, thank you to everyone who supported this event. Prizes were donated by Mystery Ranch, Yeti, CHLKDUP, and Project R3con. Sponsors and vendors that made the day even more special were Michael’s Pizza, Pearson Integrated Therapies, Flour Grows Wild, and Star Spangled Brewery.

PLEASE continue to follow Project R3Con and Lesser Known Operators as they continue to raise awareness and funds for this cause!

🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: JEFF MORROW 🌟

Jeff holds down our 6:10 AM class, and he’s a great example of what it means to live an active life. It starts with one simple thing: showing up, again and again. 💪

With over 200 CrossFit classes under his belt, Jeff has shown us what dedication looks like. He shows up ready to do the hard work, challenge himself, and keep growing. Through consistency, he’s getting stronger, building new skills, and becoming more capable every day.

One of our favorite things about Jeff is hearing about his adventures and seeing how he puts his fitness to use beyond the gym. Whether he’s supporting his family, serving his community, or taking on new adventures, he’s living proof that fitness is about so much more than a workout. It’s about being ready for life!

Jeff, we are so proud of you and so grateful that you trust us to be part of your fitness journey. Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, and being part of our community! ❤️

A word from Jeff:
“Today I hit a personal milestone - 200 CrossFit workouts! Nearly all of these workouts were at 6:10 AM, with a couple at 5:00 AM. I find if I don’t do it before work, it won’t get done.

I’m physically humbled and out of breath by nearly every workout but I’m stronger than ever.

I still hate burpees, I struggle at overhead squats and don’t get me started on wall balls. 😃

I’m still not where I ultimately want to be, and there are times I see how exceptionally gifted some of my fellow CrossFit athletes are and how large the skill gap is, but I tell myself I’m in better shape than most 53 year olds and that I need to just keep getting up and going after it.

I’ve been blessed with great coaches who make it fun and worthwhile and help me scale the workouts for a guy like me. Thanks to Heather Ann Flynn, Howell, Mark, Kyle, Danielle and Amy!

I never would have been able to backpack 60 miles into the wilderness at Philmont in 2025 or canoe 99 miles (and portage a canoe over my head for 5 miles) in 5 days while exploring 46 lakes at the Boundary Waters last summer with the Scouts who are a fraction of my age without CrossFit.

Here‘s to the next 200!”

🌟 Member Spotlight: Bethany Neldon! 🌟

Bethany joined her husband at our Christmas party last year, and we charmed her into joining the gym. The rest is history! ❤️

Watching Bethany grow as an athlete has been amazing. Back in January, she set a goal for herself to string together 5 pull-ups. She had the strength for a strict pull-up but struggled with the coordination needed for the kipping motion.

Since then, she’s continued to build strength through accessory work, but her dedication to skill work has been just as impressive. She gave it her all during The Open, even when those pull-ups continued to challenge her.

Fast forward to now, and she’s easily stringing together sets of 5 or more! 💪🔥

We are SO proud of Bethany and all the hard work, patience, and persistence she’s put in this year. This is what progress looks like! Keep crushing those goals, Bethany! 👏🎉
