Proud coach! My Girls That Curl teams really killed it this week! The first week of the month is always decreasing sets. We record the weight used on the last round, (3 reps). Lots of personal bests were set last night and this morning!! Way to go ladies! Maybe I'll take it easy on you next week! (probably not though) 😅

I finally broke my squat record tonight! It took me at least 6 months- but I did it! Great lifting session tonight! I am happy. 🏋️♀️💪

It was a busy month. I had a few extra rest days, but thanks to that 11-hour bike day last weekend, I have plenty of time and mileage in for May.

Recharging all my stuff after riding all day yesterday! 😆

I set a new personal best today!! 130 miles!! Ride time was less than 11 hours but with my breaks it took me 12 hours and 15 minutes. I feel really good about it! My knees didn’t bother me and it was a glorious day!!
