Your new favorite fusion of Pilates + Strength
Each 60-minute session includes:
▪️:30 min Mat Pilates led by Chelsea (Melty)
✨:30 min Accessory Strength led by Alexis (AF)
Both instructors have over 10 years of coaching experience and have curated every session with intention — focusing on core strength, stability, mobility, and muscle tone. Perfect whether you’re adding to your current routine or kick-starting a new one.

Join us this October for a Pilates x Strength Fundraiser Course in support of U of M Rogel Cancer Center - Breast Cancer Research.
💗 This cause is very close to our hearts. 100% of proceeds will be donated, and you do not need to be a member to participate. Donations are also welcome if you can’t attend.
