Join us next week for Murph! This workout is in honor of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy Seal who was killed in action in Afghanistan. We, along with other CrossFit gyms, do this workout in honor of the men and women, just like L.t. Murphy, who have given their lives for our freedom.
Come a little early to warm up, but we will start at 9:30AM with a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run to close. This workout is infinitely scalable for all ability levels. See you next week!

▪What made you start doing Crossfit: I joined D5 in Dec 2022. I was looking for a way to improve my overall strength and stamina
▪What is your favorite and least favorite movements we do: I would do anything to avoid the assault bike! My favorite movement is box jumps
▪What do you like to do outside of the gym: I love traveling, I’ve been to 30 countries and there’s still so much to explore. I enjoy baking as well
▪Why do you choose Crossfit D5?: I value all the friendships I’ve made at D5. I’m constantly inspired by our wonderful coaches and athletes

Join us this Saturday as we cheer on our quarterfinalists! We've got THIRTEEN athletes who will complete their required workouts and need US to cheer them on. Then we will extend the hang with a cookout after. Bring a dish from home, do the community workout at 9:30, and stick around for a fun time!
