Before fitness trackers, boutique studios, and workout apps… there was Jazzercise!

We turned basketball courts, gyms, and just about any available space into a dance floor. All we needed was a sound system, a good beat, and a room full of people ready to move!

These photos are a little blurry, but the memories are pretty clear. And somewhere in these pictures are the beginnings of something that’s lasted 30 years in Conway.

November 7 at 10:00 AM, we’re celebrating three decades of Jazzercise Conway. Come be part of the story!

That’s a wrap on our first Elevate Recovery session! 💕✨

Eight foam roller + stretch classes paired with our regular Jazzercise classes, and it was the perfect complement to our workouts! A little extra time to stretch, release, and take care of our bodies…exactly what we needed! 💗
