To our OG members who remember Will, we miss him. To our newer members who never had the chance to know him, Will was a huge part of what made Ocean State CrossFit what it is today. He helped build the foundation of our community, and his impact will never be forgotten.

Today, we celebrate his birthday by honoring him through some of his favorite movements. We carry his spirit with us every day at Ocean State, but today is especially for Will.
