Your progress hasn’t stalled for lack of trying…
The standard you’re trying to live under does not agree with your life or priorities.

Pain.

Chronic pain doesn’t always mean you need to stop training.
But it does mean you need a better process… and you shouldn’t be on your own in figuring out what that looks like.
Performance Care is for athletes stuck in recurring cycles of pain, compensation, and limitation — the ones who still want to train hard, but keep running into the same issue every time intensity goes up.
I’ll work with you to assess what’s breaking down, prescribe what’s missing, and rebuild the flexibility, mobility, strength balance, volume tolerance, and motor control needed to return to training with confidence.
