Herlinda lleva ya unos años con nosotros; siempre representa a F45 y muestra su progreso, además de ser la primera en ayudar a los miembros de habla hispana.
Jose se unió a nosotros hace poco y ¡empezó con muchísima fuerza! Ya ha perdido 35 libras; vas por muy buen camino para lograr grandes cosas.
Estamos orgullosos de ambos y estamos deseando ver qué más consiguen.

This Saturday we will be hosting our back to school bash, where we will donate supplies to our teachers to help get them ready for this upcoming school year.
