Kevin Kesler knew what was at stake when she walked through our doors.
Living with Parkinsonâs, staying active is not optional for her. If she stops moving, her body slows down. Her joints stiffen. She refuses to let that happen.
So when the Dacula location opened, Kevin didnât wait. She recommitted.
Since May of 2025, she has noticed real improvements. Her strength is increasing. Her balance is better. She feels more in control of her movements.
Every session, she shows up. Some days are harder than others. But she keeps coming back because she knows this work is keeping her moving forward.
Kevin said it better than we ever could:
âThis isnât just a place to work out. Itâs a place where I reclaim my strength, my confidence, and my independence, one step at a time.â
That is what Stronger Together means to us.
If you or someone you know is ready to start reclaiming what matters most, DM or COMMENT us the word START or call (470) 660-3709. We would love to have you.

Most people think aging well is complicated.
Itâs really not.
It comes down to a handful of things your body actually responds to, and every single one of them is within your control.
Strength train regularly. Just 90 minutes a week can make your biological markers look nearly four years younger than people who donât lift.
Eat in a way that supports your cells. Omega 3s, leafy greens, and berries slow the process down.
Test your grip strength. Every 11 pounds lost is linked to a 16% higher risk of death from any cause. Itâs a snapshot of your overall physical function.
Sleep at consistent times. Consistent sleepers had a 20 to 48% lower risk of death compared to irregular sleepers.
Try the sitting rising test. Top scorers were up to 6x less likely to die from cardiovascular disease.
Load your bones. Resistance training helps maintain and even increase bone density at any age.
Find your purpose. Having a strong sense of purpose is linked to a 36% lower risk of developing dementia.
None of this is complicated. It just has to be consistent.
Save this and share it with someone who needs to see it today. đ
And if youâre ready to start checking these boxes with a coach who actually knows your name, DM us the word START or call us at (470) 660-3709. Your first session is on us.

What actually gets you out of bed in the morning?
For me the answer changes depending on the day.
Some days itâs a client who came in nervous two months ago and just hit a personal best they didnât think was possible anymore.
Other days itâs something like this. A slow Saturday evening at a baseball game with my kid, watching him take in something he loves, and being present enough to actually be there with him.
I donât have one big singular purpose. Itâs more like a collection of small ones that keep adding up.
And I think thatâs actually the point.
Research on the Japanese concept of ikigai, which roughly translates to âa reason for living,â links a strong sense of purpose to a 36% lower risk of developing dementia.
Thatâs not a small number.
But your purpose doesnât have to be something huge or world changing.
It can be someone you show up for every day.
Something youâre working toward. A routine that makes you feel like yourself again. Even just a part of your day you actually look forward to.
Thatâs enough.
So tell me. Whatâs in your bucket right now? And whatâs missing?
If one of the things missing is feeling strong, energized, and good in your body again, thatâs exactly what we do here.
