We wore pink in their honor and pushed extra hard in the workout. While we honored those names today, we know that this goes beyond today and the month of October.

While lowering the volume can increase intensity (i.e., produce more power), volume reductions are also important for beginners because muscles, ligaments, and tendons need to become gradually accustomed to the volume in CrossFit.
