once said a quote to me that stuck..

Read that again. And then again.
At , we have always provided a program that is built by us, specifically for you. It’s designed to unlock potential that you don’t even know you have. There are lists of guys that have spent entire offseasons with us who then went on to Pro Bowl or All Pro Seasons, or even massive pay days due to performance and availability on the field. The only caveat to this is: ITS NOT GOING TO BE EASY‼️
We are going to push you. We are going to work you. We are going to make sure that when the season gets here, you never look back and say “damn, i wish u woulda put in a little more work and gave a little more effort.” That’s just won’t happen if you dedicate an off season to us.
Ultimately the choice is yours. It always will be. But you can bet all the money you have that we’ll be out on that field and in that weight room working with true grinders like who put in the work, because that’s all we know. See you next week big dawg. Let’s keep building.

Normalize carrying heavy medicine balls high and tight instead of just footballs all off season and watch what happens…
1️⃣. Overload → Makes the real ball feel easy
The med ball is heavier and harder to control, so: your forearms, hands, and upper body work harder. When you go back to a football, it feels lighter, faster, and easier to secure
2️⃣. Improves Ball Security Under Stress
A football is easy to carry clean. A med ball isn’t:
No laces, bigger surface = harder to grip. Forces you to tighten elbow position, wrist control, and chest pressure.
That builds elite habits for:
• High & tight carriage
• Contact situations
• Late-game fatigue
3️⃣. Core & Anti-Rotation Strength
Holding a med ball while cutting, accelerating, or absorbing contact:

Big Time Players Make BIG TIME PLAYS‼️
The young bull out the team on his back late in the fourth, down a score. He had a great reception on 4th down to pick up the first to keep the drive alive and then The s**t outta the defender on a clutch play to secure the win. Never been more happy for a Jets win in my life 😂😂😂 LFG MASE‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
