It’s our quarterly sauna inspection!🔥✨⭐️👀

What does that mean?
Each quarter, we look at each sauna to make sure our heaters and equipment are working properly and replace any heaters that may not be! 😊

What can you do?
To ensure our saunas continue to work properly and stay warm, after every session please close the sauna doors and turn off the saunas! This makes sure that the equipment isn’t being overused and stressing the heaters! 🔥

Thank you for your continued care for YOUR studio! ⭐️🧘🏼‍♀️

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
