We just wrapped up October Curious Movement and Balance Class. The new Ashley Okland Playground at Clive Greenbelt Landing was beautiful!

Beautiful oak trees, plenty of cool features, and only one or two drops of rain. What a great day to be outdoors with good company. I hope it's this good at Grandview on November 3!

Central Iowa Trail Festival was a lot of fun today. Talked to people. Went to a yoga session. Cheered at the race finish. Watched kids ride bikes on obstacles. Led a hike. Enjoyed the sunshine.
