Hi, I’m Kiah!
My fitness journey started three years ago when I decided it was finally time to prioritize myself. Before that, I played soccer at the collegiate and semi-professional level, but once I stepped away from the sport, I struggled to find structure in my training and nutrition. Like a lot of people, I tried generic coaches and plans that felt like the same recycled, one-size-fits-all programs
Everything changed when I found a bodybuilding coach who listened to my goals and built a plan around them. For the first time, I learned how to break down movement, train with intention, and fuel my body with purpose.
That experience completely shifted my mindset around fitness, and it’s a big part of why I care so much about helping others find what works for them. My goal at Legacy Training Club is to help you find that same sweet spot: where challenge meets confidence, and where training starts to feel empowering instead of overwhelming.
In my sessions, you can expect a strong focus on foundations, understanding the “why” behind what we’re doing, and having a built-in cheerleader (me!) every step of the way.
Outside of Legacy, you can usually find me working on ceramics, playing soccer, or unsuccessfully trying not to adopt all the stray cats in my neighborhood.

Our mini-simulation includes all Hyrox stations at their full length with a quarter of the running.

We’re a little over a week away from another round of leveling!⚡️
If you tested in January, it’s now time to compare your progress but if this is your first leveling week, that’s totally okay!
This week is about information, not comparison!
Here’s what to know as we head into testing week:
• Each test has its own level (1–6)
• There is no overall level
• Different levels across tests are normal
• Levels describe the test, not the person
We encourage participation because it helps us see patterns, guide training, and focus on what matters most for you.📈
Whether your goal is:
• Performance → clear benchmarks & progress tracking
• Aesthetics → helpful context, light emphasis
• Function → movement awareness & useful data
You don’t need to be “ready.” Wherever you land is simply your starting point.
Show up, move well, and trust the process.🦾
