Beyond Trauma Mama Inc. is looking for a Founding Team Assistant to help us build something that will make a lasting impact on families across Texoma.
This is currently a volunteer position with the goal of becoming a paid position as funding becomes available. Our hope is to hire from within, so we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside our organization.

This may be a great fit for:
• Stay-at-home moms
• College students
• Someone wanting nonprofit or office experience
• Anyone looking to invest in a meaningful mission
Responsibilities include:
• Answering emails and messages
• Scheduling
• Organizing
• Assisting with events and meetings
• General administrative support

We're looking for someone who is:

This isn't just another event. It's a day dedicated to supporting parents, uplifting youth, and connecting families with the resources, education, and encouragement they need to thrive.

As Beyond Trauma Mama Inc continues to grow, we're looking for a handful of parents and caregivers who would like to work with us over the next several weeks.

These appointments may be virtual (anywhere) or in person (Texoma area).

We're especially looking for families who are comfortable allowing us to:

📸 Take a few photos during or after your appointment (with your permission)

🩷 Share an honest review or testimonial about your experience

Your story could help another parent realize they don't have to struggle alone.

We support parents through:

• Parenting & emotional support coaching
• Pregnancy, postpartum & bereavement doula care
• Trauma-informed education
• Resources & community connections
• Support for families navigating life's challenges
