We are saddened to hear about the passing of Sensei Steve Owens. He was a great man, a strong leader, and above all a humble person who represented the true spirit of judo. As a judoka, he dedicated his life to the art and to helping others grow both on and off the mat.
His character, knowledge, and kindness left a lasting impact on so many in the judo community. Sensei Owens will always be remembered for the example he set and the lives he touched.
Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and students during this difficult time. He will truly be missed🕊️❤️
