Let’s welcome Coach Naomi!

Naomi first discovered CrossFit in 2015 while stationed in Pensacola, FL, after exploring various fitness regimens. Though she enjoyed the challenge, it wasn’t until the following year that she fully committed—and she quickly fell in love with the variety, intensity, and strong sense of community. The constant support and encouragement from her peers inspired her to return day after day.

Motivated to share that same sense of support with others, Naomi began coaching in 2017. Her passion lies in helping athletes unlock their full potential, whether it’s by hitting a new PR, mastering a skill, or building confidence. For Naomi, the excitement and pride her athletes feel in their accomplishments is the ultimate reward and what drives her to coach every day.

When she’s not coaching or training, Naomi enjoys singing karaoke, playing animal crossing, and spending time with her cat, Peaches—though she’s rarely far from the gym.
