Meet Sarah, one of yE’s newest teachers~

“I firmly believe that yoga is, above all else, a practice of freedom. With years of teaching and assisted stretch experience and a 200-hour training focused on the powerful Baptiste Method for hot yoga, I understand that true physical liberation requires a balance of both fire and stillness.

As a trained flexologist, I look at the body holistically. I knows that blending deep strengthening with intentional stretching is the secret to releasing those stubborn, stuck patterns we all carry around. Grounded in a strong belief in the mind-body connection, my classes are designed to show you that the freedom you find on your mat directly translates to how freely you move through your everyday life. Expect an empowering flow that honors both your strength and your recovery—leaving you feeling open, unlocked, and completely at home in your body.

Outside of class, you can find me with my husband and dog family at Scott Park or scouting for farmers markets. As a former Buffalonian, I am enjoying getting to know the Erie community. yogaErie is a very special part of that!”

Join Sarah for Hot Power Yoga on Tuesdays 9:30am 🙏
