The Xtra Mile Fitness community stands together when times get tough!

In November Coach Dan's sister, Amy, was diagnosed with Guillain-Barrรฉ syndrome and has been hospitalized to receive medical treatment.

This is a rare disorder in which your body's immune system attacks your nerves.

The good news is there is a road to recovery but it will be a long and challenging battle for Amy, that will include significant medical bills.

To help ease the burden Xtra Mile Fitness opened their doors on Sunday and invited everyone around to join us for a benefit workout that helped raise a significant amount of money that will go a long ways in helping Amy during this time.

We were all blown away by the support!

From the staff at Xtra Mile Fitness, and the entire Adler family we want to say THANK YOU to everyone for the support and generosity to help Amy in her time of need!
