Where Champions are built 💪🏼🦾
At our training facility, we offer specialized labs that focus on different aspects of athleticism, such as strength, speed, agility, vertical and injury reduction. Our experienced coaches are passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills and reach their full potential.
For beginner athletes, we offer introductory courses - Functional Movement Lab that focus on building a solid foundation of physical literacy and proper technique. These courses are designed to help young athletes develop the fundamental movement skills they need to excel in their chosen sport and build their athletic foundations to set them up for long term success in their sport!
For intermediate level athletes, we offer our next level course- Core and plyometrics where we begin to introduce athletes to barbell movements and more advanced speed and plyos to help them advance their skills on and off the court/field.
For more advanced athletes, we offer specialized training programs that are tailored to their specific needs and goals. Our coaches work closely with each athlete to develop a personalized training plan that will help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
In addition to our training programs, we also offer a an adult membership as well and have adult training classes in the mornings Monday-Thursday from 6-8am!
