The Powered by Grace community joins Flint’s social cycling group for an evening of movement, connection, and adventure.
Each ride takes a different route through downtown Flint, giving us the chance to explore our city, enjoy the sunset, and connect with new people along the way.

How important is accountability in your fitness journey?
This heat is no joke. We’re in a stretch of dangerous temperatures this week, with highs in the mid-90s to around 100 and heat index values over 105 in some spots. That means your body can overheat faster than you think, especially if you’re working outside, training hard, or not getting enough water.
Check on elderly neighbors, kids, and anyone without AC.
Heat illness warning signs include dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating, muscle cramps, fainting, and a body temperature above 103 degrees. If someone may be dealing with heat stroke, call 911 right away.
