A huge thank you to two of our amazing members, Jennifer & Shane, for surprising us with Tiff’s Treats cookies on International Yoga Day. What a sweet and thoughtful gesture!
While we may own the studio, it’s the people who walk through our doors every day who make Horizon Hot Yoga what it is. The support, kindness, encouragement, laughter, and friendships shared within these walls create something so much bigger than a yoga class.
We are incredibly grateful for every student who chooses to spend part of their day with us. The community we’ve built together is truly special, and moments like this remind us just how lucky we are.

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.
We practiced beneath palm-thatched roofs overlooking the Bahia de Banderas, challenged ourselves with aerial yoga, slowed down with sound baths, shared incredible meals, explored together, and built friendships that will last long after we returned home.
There’s something special about stepping away from everyday life and spending a week surrounded by people who are all there for the same reason—to move, grow, laugh, and reconnect.
Thank you to every single person who trusted us with this experience. You made this retreat unforgettable.
